Training

EDVOS Training is a leading provider of family violence training in Melbourne’s eastern region, with some trainings being delivered throughout Australia. We are committed to ending violence against women and children by broadening community awareness of family violence and to support professional development of workers within and outside the family violence sector. Our training sessions are interactive, engaging and build understanding of family violence in prevention, response and practice. Training outcomes lead to an enhanced understanding of the gendered nature of family violence, and build the capacity of participants to safely recognise, respond and refer family violence.

Our team of qualified trainers bring a wealth of knowledge and experience from their varied careers in the family violence sector. Trainings are delivered in accessible language, with opportunities for participants to engage through activities, videos, discussion and Q & A. Our training sessions are delivered online using Zoom or in person and can be tailored to meet the needs of your organisation.
